  • 1/2Jar of Vero Gusto Calabrian Marinara
  • Assorted Vegetables: zucchini, bell peppers, broccolini, eggplant, squash, carrot, asparagus etc.
  • Assorted Meat and cheese: Parmigiano, Asiago, Provolone, Prosciutto, Salami, Sopressata etc.


  1. Grill vegetables over med/ high heat for 2 min. on each side (4 min. total), or until done.
  2. Arrange meats, cheeses, and vegetables on serving platter.
  3. Use Vero Gusto as dipping sauce in the center.
