Tomato Basil Burrata Bucatini
- 1 jar Vero Gusto Tomato & Basil
- 1 box of Barilla Collezione Bucatini
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 2 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 4 basil leaves, torn
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, sauté garlic and red pepper with half the olive oil for 1 minute, add Vero Gusto sauce and bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Toss pasta with the sauce and top with burrata, basil and drizzle with remaining olive oil.
