Pesto Pizza

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Calabrian Marinara Vero Gusto sauce
  • ¼ cup Barilla Basil Pesto
  • 12 inch pizza crust
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 heirloom tomato, peeled
  • ¼ red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup canned black olives
  • ¼ cup canned artichoke hearts, sliced
  • ¾ cup feta, crumbled
  • ¼ cup Parmigiano cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Turn on oven to 425° F.
  2. Spread Vero Gusto evenly on pizza crust.
  3. Top with heirloom tomato, red onion, olives, artichokes and feta. Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Top pizza with a drizzle of Basil Pesto and Parmigiano.
